Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are usually processed the same day; anything later goes out the next business day.

Shipping

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

• Domestic (US): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–20 business days after dispatch. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and process the refund once the item is received and inspected.

Warranty

Hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This does not cover damage from over-current, incorrect installation, corrosion from improper sealing, or normal wear.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and contents. We will replace or refund it.
